About the Client
The Client is a leading online Bakery with 40 cloud kitchens present in 10 cities. For around seven years they have been delighting customers with Cakes, Burgers, Juices and many more healthy snack items on their own website.
A large part of sales were generated through food marketplaces like Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon Food etc. The client had an active e-Commerce website for almost six years. However the largest competitor was 20x in terms of the size for online sales. The main objective was to bridge the gap and drive more sales on their own website. We will talk about the extensive SEO work that we did for the client.

Achievements
- 3x increase in no of keywords ranked from 7k to 21k within a span of six months
- Significant improvement in keyword ranking in top 10. from 550 keywords in top 10 to 2400 keywords in top 10 by the end of year 1
7x increase in organic traffic i.e. from 30k organic visitors to 220k organic visitors monthly.
Caveats
- The impact of SEO depends on competition. In a highly online competitive industry like this, it takes atleast three months before we start seeing the impact of the SEO work
- In less competitive industries, the impact can be seen within three weeks.
