The Client based out of Bangalore with 200+ stores is a fast-growing online cloud kitchen bakery known for delivering freshly baked cakes, pastries, and desserts. The objective

The client despite many positive reviews, faced issues like a lack of cohesive digital strategy, low brand visibility despite high-quality products, inefficient ad spend with poor ROI, and limited customer retention with low engagement, despite having a loyal customer base.

The primary goal of this digital marketing campaign was to increase online sales and simultaneously optimizing Cost Per Sale, boost brand awareness across multiple cities, improve customer retention through email and retargeting, and optimize the website for better user experience and conversions.

Our Solution

Online Cakes as a category is a highly competitive category in the online space. From an organic traffic perspective, the largest portal FnP’s organic traffic was at least 100 times more than our clients.

We implemented a fully integrated digital marketing strategy, combining SEO, social media, paid ads, and email marketing to drive traffic, engage customers, and ultimately increase sales.

The Client is a leading online Bakery with 40 cloud kitchens present in 10 cities. For around seven years they have been delighting customers with Cakes, Burgers, Juices and many more healthy snack items on their own website.

A large part of sales were generated through food marketplaces like Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon Food etc. The client had an active e-Commerce website for almost six years. Caveats
