2. Payment and Confirmation

All service bookings or projects commence only after receipt of full or agreedupon payment. Once payment has been processed and confirmation provided, the order is considered final. Work will begin as per the agreed timelines and scope defined in our service agreement or proposal. 

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel a service before work begins. However, any payment made toward the service will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation after the commencement of work, no refund will be applicable, and the client remains responsible for any outstanding dues related to completed portions of the service.
