At Trilokana Marketing we work with lot of Real Estate Clients where the focus is both brand awareness and Lead generation. Online Media Channels like Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, and Premium online news portals are used for brand building. However, Google Search and Facebook/Instagram is used extensively for lead generation. We also use database marketing for lead generation.

The question often asked is the budget required for various campaigns. We are sharing a sample monthly budget that has been executed for just one channel.

Also, this article will give an idea of the metrics for a sample Google Search Real Estate Campaign. The overall investment is around 6 Lakhs over a month. For this you get around 60000 Search impressions, and 8000 clicks on to the website. or 8000 people visited the website. Out of these 8000 people around 850 people showed interest in the property. All of this data is tracked in Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Now from 850 leads, around 400 are interested or qualified leads. i.e. around 45% are Marketing Qualified leads (MQLs). Out of these 450 leads, there were 100+ site visits and 16 sales as of now and growing. A strong Tele-sales team followed up with prospective customers.

With an average ticket size of Rs 60 Lakhs and an estimated sale value of Rs 10 Cr, the marketing spend is less than 1% of the overall sale value.

Beyond Google Search significant investment was done in other channels too especially Youtube, Facebook and Instagram.
