Important Update: Transition from OLD to WORLD
We’re starting the transition of existing clients from their OLD accounts to new WORLD accounts.
Important Dates
As of September 1, all new accounts must be opened in WORLD.
As of September 20, top-ups to OLD accounts will no longer be available.
Transitioning Existing Clients to WORLD
To transition an existing client to WORLD:
- The client must have reached at least €500 in spend on their OLD account.
- Once the €500 spend threshold has been reached, the client can open a WORLD account and fund it with any amount above €0.
- If there are funds remaining in the OLD account, the client can continue spending them after September 20.
- Once the remaining balance on the OLD account has been fully spent, all further activity must be carried out through WORLD.
Please note that top-ups to OLD accounts will no longer be available after September 20
What is an OLD Account?
An OLD account is an account created for advertising in a single country through the following interfaces:

To open a new WORLD account, the client needs to do complete the kyc successfully to register from Trilokana Marketing
Please plan the transition of existing clients to WORLD in advance to ensure that the migration is completed before support for OLD accounts is discontinued.
